What a stonking day! 7am departure from Studley south of Redditch and we arrived at Halmerend near stoke by 1.30pm. It's our fastest day yet with an average almost 15mph and we covered 74.5 miles today. Our trip total now stands at 389.5 miles in only four days. More importantly, we've now raised more than 4000 pounds.

After a bottle of Leffe everything feels good again.
